THE MISSION OF THE PHILADELPHIA SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF LANDMARKS IS TO INSPIRE PEOPLE TO ENGAGE WITH HISTORY BY PROTECTING ITS UNIQUE HISTORICAL SITES AND BY PROVIDING RELATED HISTORICAL, CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

EDUCATION, EXHIBITIONS, JOINT PROGRAMING, RE-BRANDING, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS. DONATED EXPENSES OF $400 ARE INCLUDED IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS BUT NOT IN THE NUMBER ABOVE.


TRAVEL, LODGING AND ADMISSION AND OTHER PROGRAM COSTS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH LANDMARK'S ROAD SCHOLAR PROGRAM. LANDMARK'S ROAD SCHOLAR IS THE PHILADELPHIA SPONSOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL ROAD SCHOLAR PROGRAM AND SEEKS TO BRING OVER 200 VISITORS TO THE PHILADELPHIA AREA EVERY YEAR.
