THE NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA DIVERSITY EDUCATION CONSORTIUM DEVELOPED AND PRESENTED PROGRAMS TO MEMBERS OF THE CONSORTIUM DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022. WEBINARS ARE CONTINUALLY UPDATED AND AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE WITH VARIOUS TRAININGS AND INFORMATIONAL PROGRAMS THROUGHOUT THE FISCAL YEAR. TOPICS INCLUDE MULTI-RACIAL DEMOCRACY, TOXIC MASCULINITY, ECONOMICS OF IMMIGRATION, WORKSHOP ON THE INFLUENCES OF SOCIAL CLASS,IDENTIFYING MICROAGGRESSIONS AND BIAS,BLACK HISTORY MONTH, CULTIVATING DIVERSTIY IN THE HUMAN RESOURCE PIPELINE,AND MANY MORE. THE CONSORTIUM ALSO SPONSORED WEBINARS AND HELD THE ANNUAL TRANS HEALTH CONFERENCEIN CONJUNCTION WITH GEISINGER MEDICAL COLLEGE. PARTICIPANTS IN THE ABOVEACTIVITIES INCLUDED STUDENTS, EDUCATORS, CORPORATE EMPLOYERS AND EMPLOYEES AS WELL AS LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL. PROGRAMS AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN OFFERED THROUGH NEPDEC'S WEBSITE ON AN ONGOING BASIS.
