THE ORGANIZATION PAYS EMPLOYEES AND OFTEN USES CONTRACT LABOR AND TEMPORARY WORKERS TO STAFF EVENTS. THIS CONSISTS OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AND PAYROLL RELATED COSTS.


CERTAIN SUPPLIES AND COSTS ARE NEEDED TO KEEP THE BALLROOM OPERATIONAL FOR HOSTING EVENTS.


SIGNIFICANT COSTS ARE INCURRED TO MAINTAIN THE FACILITY SO IT REMAINS ATTRACTIVE TO CURRENT AND POTENTIAL TENANTS. SUCH COSTS INCLUDE BUILDING REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE.
