GOVERNMENTAL GRANT FUNDING PARTICULARLY PROVIDED FOR SEAT BELT COMPLIANCE, DUI EDUCATION AND COMPIANCE AND A VAST ARRAY OF PUBLIC AWARENESS PROGRAMS TO PROMOTE VEHICLE AND HIGHWAY SAFETY.
