DUNWOODY ALLIED SERVICES, INC. PROVIDES PRIVATE DUTY COMPANION SERVICES TO DUNWOODY VILLAGE RESIDENTS AND THE COMMUNITY. IT IS DEDICATED TO THE SUPPORT OF DUNWOODY VILLAGE THROUGH ASSISTING DUNWOODY IN MEETING THE NEEDS OF ITS ELDERLY RESIDENTS. COVID-19 HAS IMPACTED THE FACILITY, CAUSING ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EMERGENCY PREPARDNESS, DISEASE CONTROL AND CONTAINMENT, POTENTIAL SHORTAGES OF HEALTH CARE AND OTHER PERSONNEL, AND LOSS OF REVENUE DUE TO REDUCTIONS IN CERTAIN REVENUE STREAMS. FUNDING MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE CARES ACT WAS UTILIZED FOR PAYROLL AND NONPAYROLL RELATED EXPENDITURES AS WELL AS TO HELP WITH LOST REVENUES.
