THE LILLIAN HOLLIDAY RESIDENCE IS A 15-BED COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHAB (CRR) PROGRAM FOR MEN AND WOMEN. THE PROGRAM IS NOTABLE FOR ITS FOCUS ON OLDER ADULTS AND HAS IN-HOUSE NURSING SERVICES WHICH DISTINGUISHES IT FROM OTHER CRR PROGRAMS. ALSO, THE PROGRAM SITE HAS SOME FUNDING FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD), WHICH PROVIDES THE OPPORTUNITY FOR OCCASIONAL SITE UPGRADES CONSISTENT WITH THE NEEDS OF THE CONSUMERS. LILLIAN HOLLIDAY HOUSE IS A PART OF THE CONTINUUM OF RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS OF PHILADEL[PHIA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH FOR ADULTS WITH SEVERE AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS. THE FOCUS OF THE PROGRAM IN FY 2021 WAS ENSURING THE SAFETY AND CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR RESIDENTS DURING THE PANDEMIC.
