WE RESOLVE TO PROVIDE A HISTORICAL LEGACY FOR THIS AND FUTURE GENERATIONS OF SPRING GROVE AREA RESIDENTS. WE ARE HERE TODAY. WE ARE GOING TO BE HERE TOMORROW AND INTO THE FUTURE.

Part 3 - Line 4a
OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A HISTORICAL MUSEUM OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT NO CHARGE. THE MUSEUM CONTAINS OVER 10,000 ITEMS, THE MAJORITY OF WHICH ARE ON DISPLAY. MOST VISITORS LEAVE A DONATION WHEN THEY LEAVE. WE HAVE CHANGING DISPLAYS IN LIBRARY, SENIOR CENTER, AND ALSO OUR MUSEUM.
SCHOLARSHIP GIVEN TO DESERVING SENIOR STUDENT GOING TO COLLEGE FOR HISTORY/ARTS PRESERVATION, MUSEUM CURATION, ADMINISTRATION, OR HISTORY/SOCIAL STUDIES.
ANNUAL BANQUET AND ANNUAL PICNIC FOR MEMBERS AND GUESTS.
