TO SUPPORT AND CONDUCT LOCAL, REGIONAL, STATE, ZONAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION AT ALL SKILL AND AGE LEVELS. TO ENSURE COMPETITION UNDER USA VOLLEYBALL RULES AND TO PROMOTE AND ENFORCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPORTSMANSHIP AND SAFETY. TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO LEARN GENUINE COACHING, PLAYING, AND OFFICIATING SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES.
