THE IAC'S MISSION IS TO HELP DISADVANTAGED MULTI-RACIAL MINORITY AMERICANS INCLUDING NEWLY-ARRIVED REFUGEES AND IMMIGRANTS FROM ALL PARTS OF THE WORLD TO ACHIEVE SOCIAL ECONOMIC AND EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT AND MOBILITY. IN ADDITION THE IAC PROMOTES RACIAL HARMONY AND CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN MEMBERS OF DIFFERENT ETHNIC GROUPS IN AMERICAN SOCIETY.
