PROVIDE SPECIALIZED SUPPORT THROUGH SERVICES THAT ALLOW CLIENTS TO LIVE FULFILLING LIVES.

SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES: PROVIDED SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH COGNITIVE, EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL DISABILITIES THROUGH INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO SOCIAL SERVICES. THE MAJORITY OF THESE SERVICES ARE FUNDED BY THE PENNSYLVANIA OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAMS (PA ODP) AND ARE PROVIDED IN BUCKS, CHESTER, DELAWARE, LEHIGH, CARBON MONROE, MONTGOMERY, NORTHAMPTON AND SCHUYLKILL COUNTIES.


MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICAL SERVICES: PROVIDED COUNSELING SERVICES AND PLANNING FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS GOING THROUGH DIFFICULT TIMES, WHO MAY BE IN THE MIDST OF CRISIS OR WHO HAVE CHRONIC CONDITIONS. CLINICAL CAREGIVERS WORK TO HELP THESE INDIVIDUALS STAY ACTIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.


CHILDREN'S SERVICES: INCLUDING FOSTER CARE AND COMMUNITY PROGRAMS FOR EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL NEEDS. THE MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO BUILD BRIDGES OF STABILITY AND STRUCTURE.


SUPPORT SERVICES: PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND/OR THOSE WHO HAVE EMOTIONAL OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NEEDS.
