KENCREST CENTERS OWNS RESIDENTIAL AND CHILD CARE CENTERS THAT IT RENTS OUT, BELOW MARKET VALUE, TO OTHER NONPROFIT AGENCIES THAT SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH OR AT RISK OF DEVELOPING INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR DELAYS. THE RENTAL PROCEEDS ARE USED TO COVER THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTIES, TO PAY MORTGAGES, AND TO PAY FOR OTHER OCCUPANCY EXPENSES.


BOOKEEPING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 13 HUD CORPORATIONS WHICH SERVE PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.


[1] KENCREST OFFERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ESTABLISH A SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST TO INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO ARE DISABLED BY SSI STANDARDS. THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED TO PROTECT THE BENEFITS OF PARTICIPANTS THAT ARE RECEIVING GOVERNMENT BENEFITS. OVER 200 INDIVIDUALS HAVE USED THIS SERVICE.
