THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC RECORDS RELATING TO BERKS COUNTY WITH THE INTENT OF MAKING THEM AVAILABLE TO THE COMMUNITY AND THOSE THAT VISIT FROM ALL 50 STATES AND ABROAD.
