OUR PROGRAMS OFFER YOUNG PEOPLE AN IN-DEPTH, HANDS-ON OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH A PROFESSIONAL TEACHING ARTIST. THE STUDENTS CREATE ORIGINAL WORKS DURING CLASS SESSIONS THAT MEET FOR ONE TO TWO HOURS PER WEEK. OUR PROGRAM LENGTH RUNS FROM A MINIMUM OF 8 WEEKS TO A YEAR-LONG CURRICULUM. OUR PROGRAMS ARE FREE AND TAKE PLACE IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF AT-RISK INNER-CITY CHILDREN. STUDENTS ATTEND THE CLASSES DURING AND AFTER SCHOOL, WEEKENDS AND SUMMERTIME. IN THE PROCESS, THE USE THE ARTS AS A MEANS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS, EXAMPLE THEIR IMAGINATIONS AND WORK TOGETHER.
