THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO ADJUDICATION AND ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES ACCORDING TO RELIGIOUS JEWISH LAW, COMPOSITION OF BINDING CONTRACTS, AND PREPARATION AND SUPERVISION OF THE GET (JEWISH WRIT OF DIVORCE). THE JUDGES PRESIDING OVER THE COURT ARE TRAINED AND TESTED FOR A RABBINIC DEGREE. CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES ARE PROVIDED FOR JUDGES AND PRACTICING RABBIS.
