WE INTEGRATED THESE INDIVIDUALS INTO THE COMMUNITY. WE ALSO PROVIDED EIGHT DISABLED INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. WE PROVIDED THE OPPORTUNITY FOR SEVERAL CLIENTS TO MOVE FROM AN INSTITUTIONAL SETTING INTO THE COMMUNITY.
