THE FOUNDATION HAS GIVEN OVER 400 GRANTS FOR RESEARCH, EDUCATION AND PHILANTHROPY, INCLUDING GRANTS TO LEADING INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION, SPECIALIZED RESEARCH CENTERS, AS WELL AS GRANTS TO MANY INDIVIDUAL SCHOLARS.
