CATV PROVIDES MEDIA EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO AREA YOUTH AND ADULTS, SERVING AS A MEDIA CREATION CONDUIT THAT RAISES THE COMMUNITIES' VOICES TO FOSTER COMMUNITY CONNECTEDNESS.
