RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM - OFFER LGBTQ+ AND HIV+ INDIVIDUALS HOUSING LOCATION SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE WITH EMERGENCY & PERMANENT HOUSING. HIV+ PERSONS MAY APPLY FOR AND RECEIVE LONG-TERM RENTAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH SEVERAL FUNDING STREAMS.
COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES - PROVIDES MEDICAL & CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING, FULL TRANSPORTATION, SUPPORT GROUPS & VARIOUS SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS TO HIV+ PERSONS. EDGE PRIDE CENTER - PROVIDES MEDICAL & CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELING, SUPPORT GROUPS & VARIOUS SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS TO LGBTQ+ INDIVIDUALS.
