NEW BEGINNINGS IS DEDICATED TO ENDING SEXUAL, DOMESTIC, AND STALKING VIOLENCE THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, AND EMPOWERMENT OF ALL VICTIMS/SURVIVORS. WE COMMIT TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY REFUGE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR SURVIVORS AND WORK TOWARD SOCIAL CHANGE BY PROMOTING AN EFFECTIVE COMMUNITY RESPONSE.
