THE COUNCIL HOLDS FOUR REGULAR MEETINGS AND ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS EVERY YEAR.


THE COUNCIL CONTRIBUTES TO AND PROVIDES ADVOCACY SERVICES ON BEHALF OF HELICOPTER PILOTS AND REPRESENTS THEIR INTERESTS IN AVIATION. THEY SUPPORT AN ACTIVE COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM TO ADDRESS CONCERNS OF RESIDENTS RELATING TO HELICOPTER AND HELIPORT ISSUES. ADDITIONALLY, THE COUNCIL ADVISES AVIATORS ON ISSUES CONCERNING SAFETY, AIR SPACE RESTRICTIONS, NOISE ABATEMENT AND INSTRUMENT FLIGHT RULES.
