THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS AN ANNUAL RUNDRAISING BICYCLE RIDE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR ANCHOR HOUSE, INC, A TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR YOUTH IN TRENTON, MERCER COUNTY, NJ APPROXIMATELY 200 PEOPLE PARTICIPATE IN THE RIDE ANNUALLY. EXPENSES INCLUDE THE EXPENSE OF THE RIDE AND CASH GRANTS TO ANCHOR HOUSE FOR GENERAL ORGANIZATION PURPOSES.


FOLLOWING THE DEATH OF A YOUNG BICYCLE RIDER DURING THE 1998 RIDE, THE CORY GOLIS SCHOLARSHIP FUND WAS ESTABLISHED. A COMMITTEE OF STAFF, PARENTS, AND RIDERS ADMINISTERS THE SCHOLARSHIP.


THE ORGANIZATION OWNS TWO ADJACENT BUILINGS. EXPENSES INCLUDE DEPRECIATION AND MAINTENANCE. PART OF THE SPACE IS RENTED TO ANCHOR HOUSE INC. THE SHELTER.
