CONDUCTS COMPREHENSIVE ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, PRESCRIPTION, AND OTHER DRUG PREVENTION SERVICES THROUGHOUT HUDSON COUNTY AND NEW JERSEY, WITH A FOCUS ON INDIVIDUAL/COMMUNITY EDUCATION, ADVOCACY,POLICY CHANGE, AND REFERRAL TO TREATMENT/RECOVERY SUPPORT SERVICES.
