PAL SUPPORTS A BROAD ARRAY OF PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES THAT CREATE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE COMMUNITY, CHILDREN/YOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TO INTERACT IN A POSITIVE AND CONSTRUCTIVE MANNER.THIS ENGAGEMENT CULTIVATES RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON TRUST AND RESPECT WITH THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT AFFORDS ALL CITIZENRY THE OPPORTUNITY TO FLOURISH. BOSTON PAL'S FEATURED PROGRAMS IN 2021 ARE ACT-UP WITH 5-0 AND GROW (GIRLS REFLECTING OUR WORLD). ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: 1) YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, EMPOWERMENT AND LEADERSHIP, 2) EMPLOYMENT SKILLS AND CAREER PATHS, 3) GIRL'S SELF-ESTEEM, SOCIAL SKILLS, SAFETY AND EMPOWERMENT, 4) TRAUMA RECOVERY AND YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS, 5) DISTRICT SPORTS, 6) COMMUNITY EVENTS AND 6) SENIOR ACTIVITIES, 7) COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP.
