TO HELP TRULY INTEGRATE INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES INTO SOCIETY. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC REGARDING EVERY INDIVIDUAL'S RIGHT AND NEED FOR COMMUNITY INTEGRATION. TO PROMOTE, ESTABLISH, AND OPERATE COMMUNITY BASED HOMES FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. TO EDUCATE AND SUPPORT STAFF REGARDING THEIR INTERACTIONS WITH PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.

CAREER DESIGNS - THE CENTER PROVIDES DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS WITH JOB OPPORTUNITIES. (I.E. LAWN CARE, SALES AND VARIOUS OTHER CAREERS.)


RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMS - THE CENTER MAINTAINS 13 GROUP HOME FACILITIES FOR DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS IN NORTHERN NEW JERSEY. IT ALSO PROVIDES FOR ITS CLIENTS' RECREATION, EDUCATION, AND PERSONAL GUIDANCE.


RE-DESIGNS THRIFT SHOPPE - THE GOAL OF THE RE-DESIGNS THRIFT SHOPPE IS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE TO WORK, DONATE, SHOP, AND REUSE. THE INVENTORY RANGES FROM CLOTHING (CASUAL, FORMAL, AND OUTERWEAR) TO HOUSE WARES, SEASONAL DECORATIONS, JEWELRY, AND TOYS. THE THRIFT SHOPPE UTILIZES INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN IT'S OPERATIONS TO SORT AND DISPLAY ITEMS HELD FOR SALE.
