UNITED WAY OF OCEAN COUNTY IS WORKING TO ADVANCE THE COMMON GOOD BY FOCUSING ON EDUCATION, INCOME AND HEALTH - THE BUILDING BLOCKS FOR A GOOD LIFE - A QUALITY EDUCATION THAT LEADS TO A STABLE JOB, ENOUGH INCOME TO SUPPORT A FAMILY, AND GOOD HEALTH. OUR GOAL IS TO SUPPORT LOCAL PROGRAMS THAT RESPOND TO THE COUNTY'S LARGEST HUMAN SERVICE NEEDS AND WORK TO CREATE LONG-LASTING CHANGE THROUGH PREVENTION INITIATIVES AND STRATEGIES. WE ENGAGE COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS, PARTNER CHARITIES, VOLUNTEERS, AND LOYAL CONTRIBUTORS TO HELP US REACH OUR GOAL THROUGH - GIVING CAMPAIGNS AND EVENTS, ADVOCACY AND COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP, AND VOLUNTEERISM.
