WORK READINESS PROGRAM: ASSIST OUT OF WORK CLIENTS WITH DEVELOPMENT OF BASICS JOB SEARCH TECHNIQUES & ACQUISITION OF SOFT SKILLS NEEDED TO FIND AND SECURE EMPLOYMENT.


21ST CENTURY: SUCCESSFULLY SERVED OVER 300 KIDS IN LUIS MUNOZ MARIN AND RAFAEL HERNANDEZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS DURING THE ACADEMIC YEAR IN FILL STEM PROGRAMMING FOR GRADES 4 TO 8. PROVIDED SCHOLARSHIPS TO 10 KIDS FOR ATTENDING COLLEGE,EXPANDED ASPIRA CLUBS TO MORE SCHOOLS INCLUDING BARRINGER HIGH SCHOOL AND TECHNOLOGY HIGH SCHOOL. EXPANDED PROGRAMMING TO NOW INCLUDE A PARTNERSHIP WITH NEWARK PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND PROGRAM FOR PARENTS TO OFFER SERVICES TO THE PRE K AND K CHILDREN AT LUIS MUNOZ MARIN, AVON AVE AND LUIS A SPENSCER SCHOOL


PROVIDED JOB SERACH ASSSITANCE TO OVER 100 CLIENTS WHO RECEIVED PUBLIC ASSISTANCE THROUGH ESSEX COUNTY CITIZEN SERVICES. SERVICED OVER 450 CHILDREN THROUGH OUT SUMMER PROGRAM, PROVIDING THEM WITH MANY FUN AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THROUHGOUT THE SUMMER AT MCKINLEY ELEMENTARY AND ELLIOT STREET SCHOOL.
