THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SENIOR HOUSING AND HEALTHCARE SERVICES THROUGH SEVERAL AREAS OF RETIREMENT SETTINGS; RETIREMENT LIVING APARTMENTS AND COTTAGES, ASSISTED (COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL CARE) LIVING, LONG TERM NURSING SERVICES, SHORT TERM REHABILITATION, AND RESPITE CARE. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES SUPPORT THROUGH HOSPICE (END-OF-LIFE) CARE SERVICES.THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES NURSING CARE, PERSONAL CARE, RETIREMENT LIVING AND HOSPICE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA AT AMOUNTS LESS THAN ITS COST OF PROVIDING CARE. THE LEVEL OF BENEVOLENT CARE PROVIDED BY THE FOUNDATION, WHICH REPRESENTS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CHARGES FOR PROVIDING CARE AND THE PAYMENTS RECEIVED FOR SERVICES RENDERED, WAS APPROXIMATELY $134,000 IN 2019.
