Part 3 - Line 1

TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND/OR RESOURCES FOR QUALIFIED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. THE MIDWEST FOUNDATION WILL CREATE AND ESTABLISH ACTIVITY-BASED AND EDUCATIONAL GOLF PROGRAMS WHICH CONVEY THE SOCIAL AND LIFE VALUES OF THE GAME REGARDLESS OF HEALTH CONDITIONS, GENDER, AGE, SOCIOECONOMIC BACKGROUND, OR PLAYING ABILITY.

Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

THE MIDWEST FOUNDATION HELD A NUMBER OF GOLF EVENTS TO BRING AWARENESS AND TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND RESOURCES TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. IT ALSO HELPED SCHOOLS SET UP PROGRAMS THROUGH THE "START NEW AT GOLF" PROGRAM FOR JUNIORS TO BE INTRODUCED TO THE GAME OF GOLF.
