TISCHER CREEK DULUTH BUILDING COMPANY (TCDBC) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT COMPANY INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR THE PURPOSE OF OWNING SCHOOL FACILITIES TO BE LEASED BY DULUTH PUBLIC SCHOOLS ACADEMY (DPSA) CHARTER SCHOOLS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES.

Part 3 - Line 4a

ONGOING TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT. WE CONTINUE TO MONITOR CAPITAL NEEDS AND ISSUES RELATED TO THE SCHOOL LAND AND STRUCTURES FOR NEEDED REPAIR, UPKEEP, OR IMPROVEMENTS. CAPITAL PROJECTS COMPLETED HAVE INCLUDED STRUCTURAL REPAIRS AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS. WE CONTINUED TO DEVELOP AN ONGOING 5 YEAR FACILITIES NEED ASSESSMENT AND PLAN IN COLLABORATION WITH SCHOOL LEADERSHIP. DEVELOPMENT OF GREEN SPACE AT THE NORTH STAR CAMPUS REMAINS A PRIORITY. SIGNIFICANT ANALYSIS, RESEARCH, AND DEVELOPMENT PLANNING HAS BEEN CONDUCTED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS DESIRE. ADDITIONAL PLANNING IS ONGOING TO DETERMINE APPROPRIATE LAND MANAGEMENT PLAN AND PLAN IMPLEMENTATION.
