WE MEASURE OUR SUCCESS BY OUR ABILITY TO FOSTER THE EXCELLENCE OF EMERGING AND ESTABLISHED PRACTITIONERS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE ARTS ARE CENTRAL TO THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE AND HAVE THE ABILITY NOT ONLY TO REFLECT REALITY BUT ALSO TO CREATE IT.
