THE MISSION OF THE WOMEN'S INITIATIVE IS TO PROVIDE WOMEN WITH EFFECTIVE COUNSELING, SOCIAL SUPPORT AND EDUCATION SO THEY CAN TRANSFORM LIFE CHALLENGES INTO POSITIVE CHANGE AND GROWTH. IN 2021, THE AGENCY PIVOTED TO PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH CARE THROUGH TELEHEALTH SERVICES TO MEET THE DEMANDS DURING THE PANDEMIC. OUTCOME MEASURES SHOW THAT OVER 80% OF THE WOMEN WHO RECEIVE MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT IMPROVE OVERALL WELL-BEING AND FUNCTIONING.
