THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS TO AID COLOMBIAN CHILDREN INJURED BY ANTIPERSONNEL MINES ("LANDMINES") BY PROVIDING MEDICAL CARE, PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE, AND PROSTHETICS TO VICTIMS. FUNDS WILL BE DONATED TO ORGANIZATIONS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING SERVICES TO VICTIMS OF LANDMINES. THE FOUNDATION WILL ENGAGE IN SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES TO ACCOMPLISH ITS OBJECTIVES INCLUDING OBTAINING PREFERENTIAL RATES FOR PROSTHETICS, COORDINATING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS FOR POTENTIAL CANDIDATES FOR ASSISTANCE, AND CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE COLOMBIAN PUBLIC REGARDING THE PRESENCE AND DANGER OF LANDMINES.

USING INNOVATIVE CULTURAL INITIATIVES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE, MI SANGRE HELPS MITIGATE THE IMPACT OF VIOLENCE BY BUILDING SAFE ENVIRONMENTS AND DEVELOPING YOUNG PEOPLES' CITIZEN AND LIFE SKILL.THROUGH ACCESS TO BETTER EDUCATION AND ENHANCED OPPORTUNITIES THEY DEVELOP LIFE, LEADERSHIP AND SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS IN CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS WHICH IN TURN SUPPORT AND EMPOWER PARTICIPANT'S SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES. THEY ALSO HELP WEAVE NETWORKS AND ACTIVATE ECOSYSTEMS THAT ENABLE THEIR PARTICIPATION AND AMPLIFY THEIR VOICE. THIS PREVENTS RISKS AND VIOLENCE AND EMPOWERS NEW GENERATIONS TO LEAD THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PEACEFUL CULTURE IN COLOMBIA.
