COMMUNITY OUTREACH: SHORT TERM ASSISTANCE FOR HORSE OWNERS IN NEED, INCLUDING HAY BANK, GELDING ASSISTANCE, VET AND FARRIER VOUCHERS, BLANKET BANK AND HUMANE EUTHANSIA.
