THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE LOANS AND OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR REAL ESTATE PURCHASES AND FOR FARM AND OTHER BUSINESS RELATED PURPOSES TO MENNONITE PERSONS INTERESTED IN ESTABLISHING THEMSELVES IN THE WEAVERLAND CONFERENCE MENNONITE CHURCH TO FURTHER THE PUBLIC OBJECTIVE OF ADVANCING THE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, CULTURAL TRADITIONS AND LIFESTYLE OF THE WEAVERLAND CONFERENCE MENNONITE CHURCH.

THE ORGANIZATION IS ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF RAISING THE CAPITAL NEEDED TO MAKE LOW-INTEREST LOANS, ESTABLISHING THE PROCEDURES FOR MAKING LOANS, MAKING LOANS TO APPROVED INDIVIDUALS, AND ADMINISTERING THE LOANS. THE LOANS WILL BE FUNDED WITH THE PROCEEDS DERIVED FROM THE SALE OF SECURITIES THROUGH AN INTRASTATE OFFERING TO ADULT MEMBERS OF THE MENNONITE CHURCH. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 65 INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE LOANED MONEY FROM THE ORGANIZATION.
