THE FOUNDATION FOR ANIMAL CARE AND EDUCATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO PET OWNERS FOR CRITICAL OR LIFE-SAVING VETERINARY CARE. THE ORGANIZATION SCREENS APPLICANTS/PET OWNERS FOR QUALIFICATION, AND PAYS FOR THE PET'S SURGICAL NEEDS BY NEGOTIATING DISCOUNTED FEES WITH ANIMAL HOSPITALS AND PROVIDING FUNDING.
