EXPENSES - $10,982.85 REVENUE $17,702.14, PLUS MERCHANDISE SALES OF $ 2519 4.ADOPTED THE HISTORIC COLUMBIA RIVER HIGHWAY STATE TRAIL THROUGH THE OREGON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENTS ADOPT A PARK PROGRAM.
