THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY PROVIDING AUDIO CONFERENCES FREE OF CHARGE TO PARTICIPANTS, MONOGRAPHS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO PARTICIAPNTS, AND NATIONAL AS WELL AS SMALL GROUP MEETINGS WITH SPEAKERS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO PARTICIPANTS.
