THE INTERNATIONAL THYROID ONCOLOGY GROUP HAS BEEN ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO SERVE THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF (1) FURTHERING SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INTO POSSIBLE CURES FOR THYROID CANCER; AND (2) EDUCATING THE PUBLIC REGARDING THYROID CANCER AND RESEARCH INTO POSSIBLE CURES FOR THE DISEASE BY HOSTING CONFERENCES, MEETINGS, AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, AND BY DISSEMINATING RESEARCH RESULTS REGARDING THYROID CANCER TREATMENTS.
