SEE SCHEDULE OLEMONADE DAY IS A STRATEGIC LESSON-BASED PROGRAM THAT WALKS YOUTH K-8 FROM A DREAM TO A BUSINESS PLAN WHILE TEACHING THEM THE PRINCIPLES REQUIRED TO START A COMPANY. ENTREPRENEURSHIP IS A CATALYST TO CREATE NEW COMPANIES AND BETTER JOBS; LEMONADE DAY WORKS TO STIMULATE ECONOMIC GROWTH THROUGH POSITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION. THROUGH THE EXPERIENCE OF OWNING AND RUNNING A LEMONADE STAND, YOUTH ARE EMPOWERED WITH LIFE SKILLS, INCREASED FINANCIAL AND BUSINESS LITERACY, SOFT SKILLS, MENTORSHIP AND REAL-WORLD BUSINESS EXPERIENCE. LEMONADE DAY SPARKS THE SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND EMPOWERS YOUTH TO SET GOALS, WORK HARD, AND ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS. IN 2021, P4L LICENSED THE LEMONADE DAY PROGRAM IN 70 CITIES.WHILE THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC DRASTICALLY IMPACTED LEMONADE DAY'S PROGRAM DELIVERY, P4L STILL COLLECTIVELY SERVED 15,000 YOUTH WITH MORE THAN 2,500 LEMONADE STAND BUSINESSES, ALL WITH THE SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE OF MORE THAN 2,100 VOLUNTEER MENTORS ACROSS ALL LICENSED MARKETS.
