HOUSING - ASSIST AND SUPPORT MERCY HOUSE LIVING CENTERS WITH ITS EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAMS BY DEVELOPING NEW HOUSING PROJECTS SERVING HOMELESS AND LOW-INCOME POPULATIONS. CHDO OWNS AND/OR OPERATES A NUMBER OF PROJECTS INCLUDING 1) ONTARIO BASED GUADALUPE RESIDENCE (411 PARKSIDE), AND MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT OF THE CITY OWNED FRANCIS AND BEGONIA PROPERTIES 2) FREDERIC OZANAM RESIDENCE IN SANTA ANA AND 3) CASA ALIENTO LOCATED IN OXNARD. ADDITIONALLY, CHDO HAS PARTNERED WITH A NUMBER OF DEVELOPERS TO ESTABLISH LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS (LP) TO ACQUIRE, REHAB AND/OR CONSTRUCT NEW HOUSING PROJECTS.
