WHILE ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN MANITOWOC, WE WILL ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO JOIN FUN ACTIVITIES, TO IMPROVE THEIR SWIMMING SKILLS, TO ENJOY HEALTH AND FITNESS PROGRAMS AND TO FOSTER A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT.

TO RAISE MONIES TO CONSTRUCT, PROMOTE AND TO GENERATE FUNDS FOR THE LONG-TERM CARE OF A PUBLIC AQUATIC CENTER LOCATED IN MANITOWOC COUNTY. THE AQUATIC CENTER WILL BE OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE CITY OF MANITOWOC.TO CULTIVATE, FOSTER AND PROMOTE INTEREST AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE POTENTIAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND HEALTH BENEFITS THE AQUATIC CENTER WILL PROVIDE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: SWIM LESSONS, LIFEGUARD READINESS AND TRAINING, CPR, FIRST AID, WATER SAFETY CLASSES AND INSTRUCTOR COURSES, SWIM TEAM, SCUBA, WATER FITNESS, HOME POOL SAFETY AND MANY OTHER EDUCATIONAL COURSES.
