TO THAT END IT OPERATES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS, DISTRIBUTES SAFETY READING MATERIAL, AND DIRECTS FUNDING TOWARDS SCHOOLS, AND COMMUNITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAMS TO HELP ACHIEVE ITS SAFETY AND OUTREACH GOALS.
