GREW MEMBERSHIP BY MORE THAN 76 MEMBERS, AND MEMBER CONTRIBUTIONS BY MORE THAN 12 PERCENT; CONTINUED TO EXPAND OUR WORKER BENEFITS PROGRAM OFFERING ACCESS TO DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE FOR OVER 500 PEOPLE ACROSS OUR MEMBERSHIP, ADDING ACCESS TO ACCIDENT AND DISABILITY INSURANCE; EXPANDED OUR TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES AND RESOURCES THROUGH OUR COOP CLINIC PROGRAM, AS WELL AS INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC PEER NETWORKS AND SPEAKERS; HOSTED WORKER COOP WEEK CONFERENCE ATTENDED BY OVER 500 WORKER-OWNERS AND MOVEMENT BUILDERS; JOINED WORC COALITION IN CALIFORNIA TO ADVOCATE FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SMALL BUSINESSES, AND WORKER OWNERSHIP; PROVIDED CONSULTING SERVICES, INCLUDING SERVICES FOR THE BUSINESS EXPANSION OF THE BRIGHTLY CLEANING FRANCHISE; WORKED TO ENSURE HISTORICAL FEDERAL SPENDING REACHED WORKER OWNED BUSINESSES, AND LAUNCHED OUR WORKER OWNERSHIP STATE ADVOCACY FELLOWSHIP TO BUILD THE BENCH OF WORKER-OWNER POLICY ADVOCATES.
