SANIBEL SEA SCHOOL'S PRIMARY CLIENT GROUP IS SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN. PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO INSPIRE A MEANINGFUL CONNECTION WITH THE OCEAN THROUGH FIELD TRIPS, EDUCATIONAL EXPEDITIONS & OUTREACH PROGRAMS WHILE HELPING PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP CONFIDENCE AND SKILLS THAT WILL SERVE THEM WELL INTO THE FUTURE. THE SEA SCHOOL ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES TO ADULTS & FAMILIES THROUGH CLASSROOM LECTURES, FIELD TRIPS & COMMUNITY EVENTS. DONOR-FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS ARE OFFERED FOR 100% OF OUR CHILDREN'S AND ADULT'S PROGRAMS BY REQUEST AND ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS TO ENSURE THAT OCEAN LEARNING IS AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE.
