THESE FUNDS ARE ALLOCATED AS PROGRAM EXPENSES AS PROJECT COMPASSION IS A FISCAL SPONSOR/PARTNER FOR THE 21ST CENTURY GRANT ISSUED TO CAHOKIA UNIT SCHOOL DISTRICT #187 IN WHICH FUNDS ARE PROVIDED TO PROCESS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR PAYMENTS FOR THE DISTRICT. PROJECT COMPASSION RECEIVES A FEE FOR THE PROCESSING OF THESE PAYMENTS AND THE EXPENDITURES FOR THEIR PROGRAM ARE THE PAYMENTS THEMSELVES AND OUTSOURCED PROCESSING FEES.


YOUTH ENRICH ME: EMPOWER ME EMPOWERMENT, MENTORSHIP AND RESOURCES FOR LOW-INCOME AND DISADVANTAGED YOUTH. WITH A FOCUS ON MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL AGE YOUNG WOMEN.
