IDC'S OBJECTIVE IS TO BUILD STRONG COMMUNITIES THROUGH BUSINESSES THAT WILL CREATE NEW JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR NEW IMMIGRANTS IN AND AROUND MOORHEAD, MN AND FARGO, ND. THIS IS ACCOMPALISHED PRIMARILY THROUGH PROVIDING GRANTS TO INTERNATIONAL MARKET PLAZA, WHICH SUPPORTS IMMIGRANT-OWNED BUSINESSES. IDC IS ALSO WORKING TO BRING UNITY AND POWER TO A DIVERSIFIED GROUP OF ENTREPRENEURS IN THE FARGO-MOORHEA COMMUNITY. IDC'S ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO ENABLE ITS CONTRIBUTORS AND MEMBERS TO BECOME SELF-SUFFICIENT AND EQUAL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY.
