THE ACTIVITIES IN YEAR, 2022, INCLUDED INCREASED FEEDING ALL OF OUR CHILDREN PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE FAMILIES, IN ADDITION, BECAUSE OF COVID-19 RELATED ISSUES IN OUR COMMUNITY, WE HAD TO KEEP THE AVAILABILITY OF FRESH FOODS, PRODUCE, MEATS, DAIRY, BABY FOODS AND FORMULA, ETC; IN ADDITION WE PROVIDED SOME DISTRIBUTION OF ESSENTIAL NEEDS; BABY DIAPERS, COVID-19 RELATED MASKS AND OTHER PPE, HOUSEHOLD CLEANING SUPPLIES, BODY CLEANING SUPPLIES, SOAP, ETC. IN ADDITION WE DISTRIBUTED FOODS SUCH AS FLOUR, SPICES, ETC. WE ALSO DISTRIBUTED ITEMS SUCH AS TOILET PAPER, PAPER PRODUCTS, ETC. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR ANY OF THE ITEMS THAT WE DISTRIBUTE. APPROXIMATELY 15,202 INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES WERE SERVED FOOD AND SUPPLIED ESSENTIALS NEEDS AS WELL BY THE MT. OLIVET LAB SCHOOL, INC., IN YEAR, 2022. BECAUSE OF LESS FUNDING IN YEAR, 2022 (VS YEAR 2020), WE HAD TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF HOUSEHOLD PRODUCTS, PPE, AND ESSENTIAL NEEDS AS WELL, HENCE, EACH FAMILY RECEIVED A REDUCED QUANTITY OF THOSE ITEMS FROM US IN YEAR, 2022. ENRICHMENT CLASSES INCLUDING PERFORMING ARTS, INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC LESSONS, SPORTS INCLUDE FOOTBALL AND BASKETBALL WERE ALL LIMITED IN YEAR, 2022, DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AND PRUDENT DECISIONS.
