MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION FOR INDEPENDENT MUSIC LABELS THAT SEEKS FAIRNESS, EQUITY, AND TRANSPARENCY FOR INDEPENDENT MUSIC LABELS VIA:BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY/FAIR TRADE. TO ENSURE THAT INDEPENDENT MUSIC LABELS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN COMMERCE ON TERMS COMMENSURATE TO THOSE RECEIVED BY OTHERS IN THE MARKETPLACE VIA IMPROVED ACCESS TO NEW DIGITAL PLATFORMS.
