Part 3

MEDICAL FIELD SERVICE, AS WELL AS ALL OTHER SERVICES, INCLUDING SUPPLIES OF FOOD AND MEDICATIONS TO RURAL COMMUNITIES WERE SUSPENDED STARTING IN 2021 AND WERE NOT ABLE TO RESUME IN 2023.CONTINUING COVID INFECTIONS WITHIN THE RURAL COMMUNITIES SUPPORTED THE BELIEF THAT OUTSIDE VISITORS/MEDICAL PROVIDERS AND OTHERS WERE THE SOURCES FOR CONTINUED TRANSMISSION OF COVID WITHIN THESE COMMUNITIES.IN ADDITION, ALL INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL SCHOOL ELECTIVES WERE ALSO SUSPENDED STARTING IN 2021.
