THE ORGANIZATION HONORS DIVERSITY AND OFFERS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR EVERYONE, BUILDING UPON THESE BASIC PRINCIPLES: A RIGOROUS COLLEGE PREPARATORY CURRICULUM OF LIBERAL ARTS AND SCIENCES; A CADET PROGRAM TO HELP STUDENTS BECOME LEADERS AND INDIVIDUALS OF CHARACTER; A COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY SERVICE AND PATRIOTISM. THE ORGANIZATION IS COMMITTED TO HELP STUDENTS MEET AND EXCEED EVEN THEIR OWN PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS. THE ORGANIZATION REQUIRES THAT EVERY STUDENT SERVE THE COMMUNITY, AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGES PARENTS TO PLAY AN ACTIVE ROLE IN THEIR CHILD'S EDUCATION.
